We don’t just provide you with the equipment, with regular health checks, you will serve consistently great coffee to your customers.
We will look after everything to do with your equipment, giving you the peace of mind to know that your machine will always be well looked after, from install, training, servicing, and PVE certification, we have you covered.
Regular Health Checks
We provide a thorough health check on your equipment at least twice per year, where we will check that everything is set and working perfectly, including filtration, grind settings, water flow, steam boiler, and team training on best practises.
The health check is the most valuable part of our service, as if the settings aren’t quite right, you have a new team member that would benefit from some training, or you have a slight issue, this will be taken care of on the visit, keeping your equipment in pristine condition, and helping your team make consistently better coffee.
Servicing and PVI
As well as our health check, we will also carry out a yearly service and Pressure Vessel Inspection, the service will replace all of your small perishable parts, which will avoid the need for unnecessary call outs, as well as a number of parts that we know can be prone to fail, which drastically reduces the likelihood of equipment failure.
We will also take care of the PVI, which is a legal requirement, that ensures that your boiler is completely safe and sound, and is also a great indicator of the condition of the equipment.
reactive visits
Unfortunately there may be occasions where your equipment will develop a fault, we do everything we can to minimise this risk, with regular health checks and servicing, but in any instance where you need a visit from an engineer, we will be out asap to get you back up and running, at no additional cost to you.
In the event of a breakdown, you can rest assured that we will have you back serving perfectly crafted coffee in no time at all.
